Lie groupoids and semi-local models of singular Riemannian foliations

چکیده
We describe a local model for any singular Riemannian foliation in neighborhood of closed saturated submanifold stratum. Moreover, we construct Lie groupoid that controls the transverse geometry linear approximation around these submanifolds. also discuss closure this and its algebroid.
